Though it may be a nice thought, Gadgets.ie did not magically appear out of nothing. It’s arrival can only be contributed to hardwork, long hours and a real passion for all things gadget.
Here are the team behind Gadgets.ie, the gadgeteers as I like to call them. Each gadgeteer has been organically grown and hand-picked…. all two of them – James and Jim
Meet the James
James. Speciality: New Gadgets
James has been a self confessed gadget freak from the very first time he used a remote control. “TV watching has never been the same since” he says. These days James spends his time finding new gadgets, using new gadgets, thinking about new gadgets or writing gadget reviews. He specialises in no particular area of gadgetry, just the new ones.
Meet the Jim
Jim. Speciality: Old gadgets, tea making, photocopying and general office slavery
Jim has recently joined the gadgets.ie team, he has no previous employment history, no real skills, enthusiasm or motivation. James met Jim by accident… quite a horrific accident… involving James’ scooter and Jim’s head. To cut a long story short James was in the wrong and promised to give Jim some new clothes, unrestricted access to his flat and a job…of sorts. So Jim now works with James on Gadgets.ie. Jim’s specialities are old gadgets, cleaning and being a general office slave (photocopying, doing messages, teamaking etc).
